"I'm a sommelier and ONAV taster, I run a small winery in the Canavese, a region with a very rich winemaking tradition, on the border between Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta. I grow and make wine with my family the typical vines of this subalpine area: erbaluce, barbera , nebbiolo, with a philosophy inspired by respect for the territory and the utmost care in the processes in the vineyard and in the cellar. We cultivate our vineyards on steep terraced slopes with organic methods and mainly by hand; in the cellar we seek the combination of tradition and innovation. During the week I live in Turin in an apartment in a nineteenth-century building, in the lively San Salvario district, where I love opening our doors to guests by exchanging words, experiences and good wine. "
