Carlotta, our Cesarina who was born and bred in Turin, welcomes us to her elegant apartment in a historic building in the heart of the city, directly overlooking one of its most important churches, the Santuario della Consolata. Turin is a majestic city that has been able to preserve its noble elegance. It is rich in history, Art Nouveau architecture and beautiful gardens, and there are pleasant surprises to discover at every turn. Carlotta’s knowledge as a professional tour guide reveals the hidden corners in this fascinating and mysterious city. We cannot help but fall in love with "her" Piedmont, also thanks to the dishes Carlotta serves us at her home, traditional recipes handed down from her great-grandparents to her grandparents, full of a variety of flavors that change from season to season.
