Perfect strangers: aperitif with cooking class

I love chemistry. My recipes take advantage of the tricks that we chemists know to obtain unusual textures and flavors on the palate. I'm a high school teacher and in my spare time I like to cook: in addition to normal saucepans, I enjoy using tools such as measured cruets (you have no idea how soups come in those containers).
