Experience the magic of Apulian Christmas with a cooking class dedicated to three typical sweets: cartellate, porcelli and pettole. Around the table, just as tradition dictates, we will knead together large quantities of these delicacies, handed down from generation to generation. With the sheeter we will form the cartellate, then fry them and enrich them with local honey. Between flour and stories, even the little ones will be able to participate in an atmosphere of celebration and sharing. At the end of the class, we will enjoy the sweets prepared together accompanied by a selection of typical Apulian products and a good glass of wine. An authentic experience to rediscover the Christmas traditions of Puglia.
